Terry Wachsner, Principal | Co-Founder
Terry Wachsner brings extensive experience in real estate asset management, operational leadership, and portfolio strategy developed over decades in the industry. His career has focused on helping organizations maximize asset performance through disciplined management practices and strategic operational alignment.
Terry’s experience spans multiple asset classes and market environments, providing him with a cycle-tested perspective on portfolio management and real estate performance. He has worked closely with ownership groups and operational teams to improve portfolio outcomes through strategic planning, performance benchmarking, and organizational alignment.
His collaborative leadership style and deep industry knowledge allow him to guide owners and operators in developing strategies that strengthen both operational performance and long-term portfolio value.
Terry holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts degree in Architecture and Urban Planning, both from the University of California Los Angeles.
Jerry Thomas, Principal | Co-Founder
Jerry Thomas brings decades of leadership experience in real estate operations, asset management, and strategic performance improvement across diverse property types. Throughout his career, Jerry has focused on aligning operational execution with asset strategy to improve financial performance and strengthen long-term asset value.
Known for his ability to identify operational opportunities that translate directly into measurable financial results, Jerry has helped owners and operators improve net operating income through strategic operational restructuring, enhanced resident and tenant experience, and disciplined expense management.
His experience spans multifamily, industrial, office, and mixed-use assets, providing him with a broad perspective on the operational and financial drivers that shape successful real estate portfolios.
Jerry’s work is grounded in practical leadership experience and a deep understanding of the challenges facing real estate owners in today’s evolving market environment.
Jerry holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Marketing Management) from Salisbury University and an MBA in International Business from the University of Maryland.
